Truck superstructures and the maneuvering of trucks and buses require very high pressures, for example within the power steering system, in order to provide the driver with sufficient support.

This requires a motor with a high torque output, resulting in mostly big and heavy electric motors being used for existing electric solutions.

This does not have to be the case, however, if you decide to choose one of our eServo application optimized power steering pumps instead.

Our optimized power steering pumps are unparalleled in terms of compactness, weight, noise and energy efficiency. Our highly integrated electric motor offers the best solution in combination with hydraulic pumps especially selected for electric utility vehicles.

Our electric power steering units supply a maximum pressure of up to 250 bar for parking and a nominal flow rate of 18 to 36 liters per minute. This means that our units meet the requirements for a wide range of applications, regardless of the environmental temperatures.

The all-in-one systemwith integrated inverter

The new plug-and-play version of the eServo electrohydraulic system with integrated MOTEG HV inverter has been specially developed for use in mobile applications.

It is ideal for electrohydraulic auxiliary drives – for example, for operating power steering in commercial vehicles. Additional components such as DC/DC converters or AC motor cables are not required.
