eServoPOWER STEERING PUMP

Due to high steering forces which occur especially when parking or maneuvring  trucks and buses, the power steering system needs to generate very high pressure to adequately support the driver in steering the vehicle.

This requires a motor with a high torque output, resulting in mostly big and heavy electric motors being used for existing electric solutions.

This does not have to be the case, however, if you decide to choose one of our eServo application optimized power steering pumps instead.

Our optimized power steering pumps are unparalleled in terms of compactness, weight, noise and energy efficiency. Our highly integrated electric motor offers the best solution in combination with hydraulic pumps especially selected for electric utility vehicles.

Our electric power steering units supply a maximum pressure of 190 bar for parking and a nominal flow rate of up to 18 liters per minute. This means that our units meet the requirements for a wide range of applications, regardless of the environmental temperatures.
